Project Specialist needed for our client in Boston

Responsibilities:

·         Work closely with end users (clinicians and administrative) and other team members to support applications.

·         Provide on-going and on-call support to the ambulatory practices for the clinical applications.

·         Provide quality customer service for the clinical applications.  This includes on-going communication, feedback and follow-through with customers and colleagues.

·         Plan, manage and over-see projects or components of projects, utilizing recognized project management methodology.

·         Identify problems, their probable causes, there impact on operations, report them appropriately, and offer possible solutions.

·         Participate in testing of the clinical applications.

·         Provide management with timely, up to date status reports on support issues and enhancement requests.

·         Work collaboratively with other departments to address user requests and enhancements.

·         Work closely with end-users to define business needs.

Qualifications:

·         Five or more years of experience with computer systems or healthcare required.

·         Strong understanding of clinical software applications required.

·         Experience in training customers on clinical software applications required.

·         Bachelor Degree preferred.
